Craw Trailer Rigging Tip
Before rigging your swimming craw, or CleanUp Craw, onto your jig, trim off about 1/4-1/2 inch off of the back of the bait.
This will help keep your jig profile a bit more compact which helps a lot to make your jig look more natural, increase hook-up ratio, and aid in skipping the jig up under structure.
Spring Jig Colors
Like I mentioned earlier, the water is usually quite muddy during the spring months. So black and blue is my favorite jig color this time of year.
